No’Kyem Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with No’Kyem! Our fulfillment team processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse by 11 AM (CST) on business days.
Order Submission & Modifications
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Please ensure all shipping details, including apartment or suite numbers, are correct before submitting your order. Shipping information cannot be edited after submission.
During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-8 business days. However, due to ongoing supply chain challenges, carriers may experience delays of up to 6 additional days, which are beyond our control.
Delivery options for PO Boxes, military locations, and expedited shipping are available when applicable.
Expedited shipping timelines are not guaranteed due to possible carrier delays outside our control.

Customs & Duties
Canada Customs Regulations
Canadian recipients are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, including PST, GST, HST, and excise tax, as determined by Canada Customs.
International Customs Regulations
The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
We do not calculate, collect, or reimburse customs fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local import regulations before purchasing.
No refunds will be issued for shipping costs if a package is refused by customs or the recipient due to regulations, duties, or taxes.
If a package is seized by customs and not returned, we cannot issue a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for both return and reshipment costs.
NoKyem is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry, and no refunds will be issued.
Customers can modify or cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it by creating a NoKyem account. Once an order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be changed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NoKyem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.
Lost/Stolen Insurance must be purchased at checkout for orders to be eligible for replacement in case of loss or theft.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately.
To report damaged or missing items, email info@shopnokyem.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and supporting details.
Claims for missing or damaged items will be processed within 25 days of the original shipment date.
Counterfeit Products Warning
We are aware of unauthorized resellers listing counterfeit No’Kyem products on Amazon® and eBay®. No’Kyem does not guarantee refunds or exchanges for products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
To ensure authenticity, please purchase directly from our website.
Out-of-Stock Items
We strive to keep our products in stock, but due to high demand, some items may become back-ordered. If part of your order is unavailable:
We will notify you promptly.
Available items will be shipped immediately.
Back-ordered items will be shipped separately at no additional cost.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Once your order has been delivered, you have 7 days to request a refund via info@shopnokyem.com.
After 7 days, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or modified after 20 minutes.
