What does 'No’Kyem' stand for?
No’Kyem is a play on "No Chem," symbolizing "No Chemicals." The name reflects our commitment to providing natural and chemical-free products that align with our company’s values and mission.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding Sundays) for processing and shipment of your order. Once shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination. We are also working toward expanding our international business in the near future.
Can I add something to my order or change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot make changes to your order or shipping address once it has been submitted. We hope to offer more flexibility in the future.
Are your products safe to use on my child?
Absolutely. However, some products contain ingredients derived from nuts, such as sweet almond oil, which may cause allergic reactions. Please review the ingredient lists carefully. Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, making them safe for children. For infants and toddlers, we recommend using small amounts initially to test for any sensitivity, especially with products containing mint, which can cause a tingling sensation.
How long will my products last?
We use high-quality natural preservatives to ensure our products have a long shelf life. While some preservatives may be processed with other compounds, they are always listed as the last or next-to-last ingredient.
My product feels different or smells stronger than before. Why is that?
All our products are handcrafted, not mass-produced. This can lead to slight variations in texture or scent. Rest assured, the quality and natural properties remain consistent.
Can you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally, but not to every country. During checkout, our system will let you know if shipping is available to your location.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes, we proudly support our nation’s military. We ship to all military addresses via USPS. When entering your address, select the P.O. Box, APO, or AFO option.
Can I pay for my purchase with a check or money order?
Currently, we do not accept checks or money orders. However, we offer secure payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay, which allow you to link your checking account for easy transactions.
My order was missing something or had an issue. Can I get a refund?

Do I need natural hair to use your products?
No’Kyem products are designed to promote the health and maintenance of natural hair but are suitable for all hair types.
